The companies in this segment are very closely linked. This close co-operation allows the companies of the Neuenhauser Group to plan the value-adding processes in terms of manufacture and capacity according to the highest possible efficiency and performance to achieve maximum customer benefit. All three companies are ISO 9001 DIN: 2008 certified and see themselves as service providers for customer requirements ensuring compliance with quality standards and adherence to delivery dates.
NEUENHAUSER Commercial Vehicles consists of the machining and assembly / joining of system components in a variety of joining processes for the automotive industry with the strong expression on aluminum. As a system supplier, Neuenhauser has a good understanding of the customer-related strong logistics connection. The production is a production version following the one-piece flow principle. The customer requirements are transferred automatically in a synchronized manner approximately every 10 minutes. They are then directly dealt with becoming manufacturing or production orders and automatically reach the correct production line as replenishment elements (lean production). The semi-automated production lines provide high flexibility in terms of tooling and loading of the individual machines and produce in the synchronized production cycles the required specification "on demand", thus allowing a delivery to the customer according to the JIS logistics (just-in-sequence as a specialized manifestation of the JIT). This process-linking requires optimal organization, a tight, process-oriented and highly automated data processing and communication processes, an idealized supply chain and smooth production processes as the basis for ensuring that the JIS standard and the required quality standards of the automotive industry are always followed to the customer's benefit.
Glüpker Blechtechnologie uses its extensive manufacturing know-how, state-of-the-art machinery and optimal manufacturing processes for supplying directly to end customers of the commercial vehicle industry and also, in relevant part, individual steel components and sub-assemblies for the NEUENHAUSER profit center "Gantry manufacturing". Glüpker Bechtechnologie ensures on-time KANBAN deliveries of standards in optimised delivery lot sizes as well as individual, requirement-oriented, special variants. Parts manufactured by Glüpker are then surface coated by WOB using a KTL coating and / or powder coating system. After they have been surface coated, the parts to be supplied to NEUENHAUSER are directly delivered from WOB to NEUENHAUSER. Surface coatings ordered by GLÜPKER are picked as specified by the end customer, ready-packed and delivered, or otherwise returned to Glüpker Blechtechnologie in the shortest possible time.
WOB is specialised in the surface coating of customer supplied parts for the commercial vehicle industry, but also, in significant part, of individual components and sub-assemblies for the NEUENHAUSER profit center "Gantry Manufacturing" on behalf of Glüpker Blechtechnologie. The surface coating systems used at WOB are the high-quality cathodic dip coating (KTL) for corrosion protection and / or powder coating for surface finishing. Parts to be supplied to NEUENHAUSER for further use are directly delivered from WOB to NEUENHAUSER without additional packaging. A specialized product carrier system avoids expensive additional handling of the parts to be supplied. After being assembled at NEUENHAUSER, more than 50% of all prefabricated assemblies are delivered to WOB for being powder-coated. Within just 24-48 hours the ready for delivery parts are finally returned.
