SOHLER-NEUENHAUSER GmbH is a leading supplier of fully automatic, static cleaning systems (suction and vacuum systems) and mobile blower-suction systems for the textile industry. Another product range includes flyer bobbin transport systems. Sohler-Neuenhauser products are distributed to international customers through a global distribution network.

NSL Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. located in Suzhou near Shanghai in China sees itself as a partner of the textile industry, offering, among others, transport and cleaning systems for spinning and weaving mills in cooperation with German companies.
The own production and finishing is focused on ascending batch winders for the East Asian market.

Genkinger-Hubtex GmbH is a manufacturer of machines and systems for hoisting and conveying, such as stackers for warehouses and other industrial applications, transport and handling equipment for the textile industry and special equipment for a number of applications.

Since 1st August 2009, Scholze Germany GmbH belongs to the Neuenhauser Group.
By taking over the company located in Frankenberg, Germany, the product range has been expanded with back and loom beams for weaving looms. The company's products complete the products offered by Sohler Neuenhauser and Genkinger-Hubtex.
