Textile Division exhibits at common booth at ITMA 2019 in Barcelona

Textile Division of the Neuenhauser Group presents new developments in the field of automation for spinning and weaving at the ITMA 2019.

From 20.-26. June, the world's largest trade fair for the textile industry takes place in Barcelona. The exhibitors meet every 4 years and the top 5 countries include Italy, Germany, Turkey, China and Switzerland. More than 120,000 visitors are expected this year. The Textile Division of the Neuenhauser Group will be attending ITMA Europe for the eighth time.

In addition to the Automation and Winding Technology departments, the Neuenhauser "Textile Division" also includes the activities of the companies Sohler Neuenhauser, Scholze Germany, Genkinger Material Handling and Neuenhauser Rosink, whereby the individual companies focus on specific products and market segments and count among their respective areas. In addition to the quality feature "Made in Germany", the Neuenhauser Textile Division attaches great importance to continuous product and process innovations, the use of state-of-the-art technologies and sustainable products. All companies of the group have businesses worldwide and representations in more than 90 countries. Through close cooperation within the group, our customers benefit from sales synergies and optimal service through many product technicians located in the suburbs.

For the first time, the entire Textile Division of the Neuenhauser Group will be exhibiting at a common booth at ITMA Europe this year. On 580 square meters new and innovative developments for spinning mills and weaving mills will be exhibited on floor C101 in hall 6. A team of 22 specialists will be available to the specialist audience. Among the highlights at the ITMA 2019 is the demonstration area of the AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle) systems. The new developments will be presented to the international trade audience for the first time on two show areas.

Sohler-Neuenhauser shows the travelling cleaner SP100 specially designed for weaving mills, which is characterized by high performance and extreme reliability. Due to the rapidly growing field of technical textiles, stationary suction systems for weaving machines have been developed over the past years, the latest versions will also be on display under the product name "FX Systems." In addition, Sohler-Neuenhauser will present the latest models of the well-known travelling cleaner of the UNICLEAN series. These models are optimally suited for use on modern, super-long spinning machines.

Neuenhauser Winding Technology shows a "Multiwinder Series" uplift winder, equipped with press roller assembly and center auxiliary drive, as well as the latest developments for center winding, which are used in technical textiles and carbon fabrics.

Neuenhauser Rosink presents its product range in the area of service machines for spinning mills and can coiler / can changer. A completely new spinning cylinder grinding machine type SZ2A and UV treatment device RUV 2. This new development is characterized by universal usability for all common spinning cylinders. A new auto-adjustment eliminates the need for extensive adjustments. A milestone is set with the very simplified operation by an intuitive menu navigation on the touchscreen.

Neuenhauser Automation presents its solutions in the field of automation for spinning mills, from the spinning can transport to the packaging of packages, including automatic quality control. For the first time automatic guides vehicles (AGVs) for spinning can transport, as well as a self-propelled industrial vacuum cleaner for spinning mills are displayed. In addition, a newly developed sleeve cleaner will be exhibited for the product range of automatic flyer reel transport.

Scholze Germany is represented as manufacturer of warp beams, warblers and cloth beams. As a specialist in this segment, Scholze can draw on a broad product range and supply the optimal beam for the respective application and for all common weaving machine manufacturers. An innovation will be a tagging system for warp beams.

Genkinger Material Handling shows a complete program to master logistical tasks in weaving and knitting. Several electro-hydraulic vehicles will be exhibited, including a warp beam inserter for upper and lower beam. For the first time Genkinger shows an automatic guided vehicle (AGV) for the transport of large docks.
